Thank you for shopping with Bright Moments We carefully pack each of our scented candles in sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive safe and beautiful—just as intended.
Processing Time
🕒 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that during high-volume periods (holidays, sales), processing may take a bit longer—but we’ll always do our best to get your order out promptly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Packaging
Your candles are packed with care in protective boxes, using eco-friendly or recyclable materials whenever possible. We want your unboxing experience to be as enjoyable as lighting your candle!
Shipping Damage
We take every precaution to prevent damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged:

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs (for international orders). However, we’re happy to help you track your order or open an investigation with the carrier if needed.
