Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unlit, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized candles

    How to Start a Return

    1. Email us at brightmomentsath@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We’ll review your request and send return instructions if eligible.

    3. Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided.

    Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your candle arrives damaged or defective:

    • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

    • Email a clear photo of the damage to brightmomentsath@gmail.com

    • We’ll offer a replacement or full refund—your choice.


    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return:

    • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

    • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    Delayed refund?

    • Check your bank or credit card account again.

    • Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
